I switched the elbow noodles for bow ties and it worked perfect, I like the look much betterĬrazy glue for the veins! Very good tho once a year after a clean bill of health from the doctor. I made this for my Dad and sister, they both said it was excellent! I cut the recipe in half, but between the two of them it was almost gone. I did love the hot sauce mixed throughout with extra available to add. It felt like a missed opportunity to not include blue cheese, seeing as it's a cheese dish that is also a play on buffalo chicken, so I might experiment with that as well (next time).

But, I like the idea of the chicken mixed into the mac rather than set aside, so next time I would just do the spiced flour coating on the chicken, and utilize the corn flakes in a bread crumb topping.
